MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for kipi-plugins [2]: gwenview and spectacle stopped using libkipi since KDE Gear release 22.04.0. [a] That's why Arch dropped this package in April 2022 to AUR, as from then on, no KDE Gear app is able to use this library. It is pointless to keep it.
