MagicAndWires [1] filed a deletion request for wine-valve [2]: This was meant to be a stable release alternative to the `wine-valve- git` package, to be used in conjunction with the `proton` package. As it turns out though, new proton releases require development wine- valve code that isn't yet released as a stable release. This makes using the wine-valve-git package a requirement if you want to keep proton up to date, and this "stable" package neither stable nor up-to-date. I was on the fence on whether to orphan, rather than delete, this package but it'd only provide users the chance to install the wrong package by accident.
