The last maintainer, who is also the author of the project, has been inactive for over a year, and most of their KDE1/KDE2 revival projects have seen no activity for 2 to 5 years. It is safe to assume there is no need for a VCS package, so this should be deleted in favor of `aur/qt1`, which builds from the last available commit dated September 1, 2021.
