MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bioawk-git [2]: Still broken the same way as mentioned in comment in 2021. Upstream abandoned for 7 years. [a] No use keeping this defunct rolling package. There's still a stable AUR/bioawk. Broken in same way as of now, but maybe someone will fix it and then it will be viable to be kept for the few potential users.
