MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for icu48 [2]: Does not work, unneeded, abandoned in 2015. Can be safely deleted. Its sole consumer in AUR is wkhtmltopdf-static, which can also be deleted (request submitted), as that one has been added to Arch/community repo in 2020.
