MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-flup-hg [2]: Orphaned VCS package, last updated in 2016. Development of this Python module has been discontinued in 2018. PyPI and Arch [community] still hosts the latest version. Meanwhile the Mercurial repository has been deleted (404). So there is no need for this package anymore.
