MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ros-melodic-roslisp [2]: Dead, EOL package from 2021. Explicitly needs Python 3.7, but that is not in its dependency tree. And the build tries to execute a script (fix-python-scripts.sh) from ros-build-tools that the latter no longer carries.
