Not sure if you realise you're requesting to orphan from the very TU who develops paru :) And as the comments mention, 1.11.2 was simply an openssl rebuild for paru-bin and therefore not relevant for paru. Users of the AUR should know that they need to rebuild packages on their own when a core lib changes major versions.
