guotsuan [1] filed a deletion request for gegl-legacy [2]: Hi, This package was previsouly to support the package gimp-painter[1]. At that time, gimp-painter was not actively developed, thus the version was freeze to work with GIMP 2.6.12 and require the this package to support the GIMP 2.6.12. Now the gimp-painter is up-to-dated with newest gimp, which do not require the gegl-legacy any time. Hereby, I would suggest to remove the package from aur.
