MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for tlp-pmu [2]: Deprecated tlp version, released in 2018. Broken as of now. But also should not be used anymore, and not useful to keep. Users shall migrate to either extra/tlp OR AUR/pm-utils. There is overlap in functionality between the current versions of the two.
