MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for release-bot-git [2]: Deprecated in 2020; orphaned package. GitHub repo got inactivated (archived as read-only). There is a replacement called gh-action-pypi-publish. Therefore this package ia not needed anymore. Safe to delete. Nothing depends on it.
