MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-dockerpty-git [2]: It seems there is no use to keep this VCS package: it builds exactly the same code version from 2016 as repo's python-dockerpty. Development completely halted since then [a]; even issues and PR's are ignored. [b] It is not compatible with Docker 2.4.2 and 3+. [b] Its chief consumer used to be docker-composer, but that has been completely rewritten in Go, so it no longer uses any Python modules. Repo's stable package should be sufficient for the one or two legacy builds that might still rely on this.
