MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-alembic-1.4.1 [2]: Nothing on AUR depends on this legacy version anymore. I only updated the PKGBUILD to remove its former provides=python- alembic, as this is not a feature-equivalent drop-in replacement of repo's python-alembic. It's safe to delete it.
