MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for i586-elf-binutils [2]: Abandoned, unused binutils package from 2018, targeting the Pentium i586. (Intel manufactured such 32-bit CPU's from 1993 to 2000). The corresponding gcc cross-compiler package was reported failing to build in 2017. Nothing depends on the latter, so it's safe to delete both.
