MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-stsci.distutils-doc [2]: This documentation pack is in fact based on Python 2. Has not been updated in 2.5 years (and flagged out-of-date since 2020-04-25). Most of its Python 2 dependents are now gone. So I recommend deleting this package.
