Doesn't declare sources, uses wget to download them. Doesn't declare the needed conflicts. Gfx8 (gfx803) Radeon devices from 2017 like Radeon RX 550, 570, 580 have been having crashes as far back as ROCm 3.7, then ROCm 4.0 in 2020 has officially declared that these platforms as unsupported.
