MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for wxwidgets-dev-light [2]: It's time to delete this package, as its naming mismatches repo's wxwidgets name change last year, and because nothing actually depends on this package. There are new wxwidgets-light packages on AUR if someone needs it. And the wxwidgets project has not published beta or RC versions for years AFAIK.
