micwoj92 [1] filed a deletion request for ruby-rails [2]: Part of ruby on rails framework, package hasn't been in working state since 2022. There has been no interest* in updating and fixing this package. Recently there have been pushes to bump pkgver from user matthewq337, but the build was not even tested and these packages are still non functional.
