[PRQ#68271] Orphan Request for apron
MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for apron [2]: Flagged since 2024-11-04: upstream website & source unavailable (cannot resolve host). Current owner seems MIA since March of last year. AUR package unmaintained since 2018. Owner refused to update this in 2020 as per their AUR comment, even though upstream has moved to GitHub and made newer releases since 2019. I’m not MIA. I just don’t have time to maintain that package anymore.
AUR package unmaintained since 2018. Owner refused to update this in 2020 as per their AUR comment, even though upstream has moved to GitHub and made newer releases since 2019. [a]
At the time, I checked the website (http://apron.cri.ensmp.fr) and it was still showing APRON 0.9.10 as the last release. I did not "refuse" to update. If someone pointed out the Github repository, I would have gladly upgraded the package. Anyway, I unowned the package. Feel free to take ownership. Cheers, -- Maxime Arthaud
Request #68271 has been Rejected by MarsSeed [1]: Former maintainer Maxime Arthaud / @arthaud has disowned the package. Thank you, Maxime, for your email response. Apparently upstream has neglected to update their old website for many many years (now offline as well), which in turn has failed to reflect the fact that their GitHub repository had newer releases since 2019.
