MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge iortcw [2] into iortcw-git [3]: Upstream's last stable release was in 2019 [a], which is what AUR/iortcw was for. Sadly, it depends on the nonexistent libbloom. 'iortcw-git' is a fresher PKGBUILD, and it no longer requires libbloom. Upstream's master branch is actively developed. It makes sense to keep only the git package, as that is the only working one.
