MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for openvpn-openssl-1.1 [2]: Nothing on AUR requires this legacy version of openvpn from April 2020. It's also insecure, with many unpatched vulnerabilities. This package also conflicts with repo's openvpn. With this, it also is in violation of AUR submission guidelines requiring users not to upload same or different versions of repo builds.
