a821 [1] filed a deletion request for gmixer [2]: Old python2 program. It has been broken for at least two years since gstreamer0.10-python was removed (noted last August), not to mention there's no package function, which means it has been broken for much longer (such function has been required since 2015/2016 IIRC).
