MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-liblqr [2]: This lib32 build is no longer needed by any package. It was a dependency of lib32-imagemagick, but now it's gone. (The latter was a dependency of lib32-zbar before Jan 2021, and that of lib32-xine-lib until q1 2022.) Safe to delete this package now.
