[PRQ#40010] Merge Request for tabby

Request #40010 has been Rejected by muflone [1]: Tabby package exists since a lot more time, it's slightly out of date since few days. The project itself wasn't renamed apart some internal name + the package tabby-terminal is a duplicate of tabby-bin, not the correct package that should remain.
