MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for openssl-1.0-chacha20 [2]: Broken legacy package, but also not beneficial to keep. Enables a non-standardized cipher that no server in the world uses on an exclusive basis (if at all). AUR still has the working openssl-1.0 package.
