diabonas [1] filed a request to merge matrix-nio [2] into python-nio [3]: This is a duplicate of python-nio. Since the latter package is directly from the upstream maintainer and this package is outdated, orphaned and Python 2 only, I think it can be deleted. The "python-" prefix of the package to be merged into is also more consistent with the Python package guidelines.
