Hello, I think you misunderstood how the community repository works. It does not work based on request basis, it requires a TU to be interested in the package and be willing to maintain it. This often mean that a package needs 10+ votes and a TU which will maintain it in order to be merged into the community repository. Filing a deletion request, to ask for it to be moved to the community package is not the way to do it.
