a821 [1] filed a deletion request for mutate-git [2]: Orphan. Upstream development stopped in 2015. The PKGBUILD is broken due to missing `git` in makedepends and the deprecated `git://` protocol. After fixing it, it fails to build in a clean chroot as it was reported in 2016 in the comments. I doubt this will be fixed any time soon, so I recommend deletion.
