MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-text-caml [2]: Unmaintained Perl package from 2015. Only the orphan perl-dancer-template-caml depends on it on AUR, which has been discontinued since 2012 and is not useful to keep, so I've submitted it for deletion (PRQ#46405). As for this package, it has been flagged OOD since 2022-06, but no one commented or voted on it. So I recommend deletion.
