[PRQ#74461] Deletion Request for pigz-replace-gzip-static

1) This is not intended to "recover broken system", it's just for people preferring statically linked executables 2) gzip doesn't run multithreaded, this package does by using the same gzip command but faster (on >1 cores systems, obviously).
