MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-smbclient [2]: Nothing depends on this lib32 pkg anymore. Its last consumer was the long-abandoned and deprecated lib32-gnome- vfs, which no longer exists on AUR. The latest comment is from 2022-12. The package is also not getting very frequent updates here, but it seems no one requires this anymore. Safe to delete.
