Request #52804 has been Rejected by Antiz [1]: Hi, Can you please elaborate on why the git version of this package should be preferred and why this one has to be removed? At first glance, there are no obvious reasons that this package cannot co-exist legitimately along its "git" alternative and the lack of relevant details in the request doesn't help processing it. The statement above is not true. Most users, including myself, prefer stable, non-git packages for everyday use (maybe with some exceptions). youtube-viewer's upstream seems to have an adequate release cadence, and I don't observe any issues with the stable package.
