MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-mgclipboard [2]: Discontinued module from 2020 for the old papermerge, no longer functioning as an application under that name. I've submitted a merge request from that to papermerge-core (PRQ#49131). The latter doesn't need this abandoned addon, so it's safe to delete it.
