MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gcc-avr-tinyos [2]: Defunct, unused old version of extra repo's avr-gcc. Safe to delete, along with its similarly unneeded consumer from 2017, avr-libc-tinyos (PRQ#51502). tinyos packages are broken and abandoned since 2017.
