dvzrv [1] filed a deletion request for tal-noisemaker [2]: tal-noisemaker-vst provides /usr/lib/vst/TAL-NoiseMaker.so which is provided by distrho-ports in [community]. Feel free to bring back the vst3 variant as tal-noisemaker-vst3-bin (as this is a binary package and not built from source).
