MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for spectacle-light [2]: Orphaned package, abandoned in 2017. It's only an alternative build configuration for extra/spectacle. As this orphan hasn't been maintained in 5 years, I'd say it's safe to delete. Also nothing requires this specific package.
