[aur-requests] [PRQ#12398] Deletion Request for libretro-frodo-ex-git
FabioLolix [1] filed a deletion request for libretro-frodo-ex-git [2]: Have the same problems of deleted libretro-frodo-git [PRQ#11855] not developed and fails to compile [PRQ#11855] https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/aur- requests/2018-June/024983.html [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/FabioLolix/ [2] https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/libretro-frodo-ex-git/
So rather than commenting saying that it doesn't compile, you submit a deletion request instead? That's fine if your intention is for me to just keep all my PKGBUILDs private in future rather than uploading to AUR. Anyway back to the point, the PKGBUILD works fine for me. Builds without issue and installs happily.

/me doesn't clue But anyway, it looks like there was a deletion request for a package named without the "ex", and I'm not sure where that came from. I also notice you have other packages with "ex" in the name, which seem to be duplicates of old, non-updated packages. What is up with this, and are you uploading duplicates of existing packages as a workaround for submitting proper orphan requests? -- Eli Schwartz Bug Wrangler and Trusted User
Request #12398 has been rejected by Eschwartz [1]: It's invalid to request a package be deleted "because it doesn't compile" without performing at least *some* degree of communication with the *active* maintainer who only relatively recently uploaded this package in the first place. Moreover since you provided *no* explanation regarding why or how it doesn't build. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/Eschwartz/
