a821 [1] filed a deletion request for git-gitlab [2]: Orphan and broken package for at least 5 years due to incompatibilty with libgit2. See comment left by former maintainer. Moreover, 'go get' was deprecated long ago (see PKGBUILD). Upstream hasn't been developed for 7 years. It seems unlikely it will be fixed anytime soon. Safe to delete.
