[aur-requests] [PRQ#20355] Deletion Request for noisetorch
caltlgin [1] filed a deletion request for noisetorch [2]: So many things wrong with this PKGBUILD... - Should be a -git package as per VCS guidelines. - Maintatiner clearly does not know correct git practices as per the git log. "Commit message: commit message", "Author: Your Name" - Completely missing pkgver() function. - tar -C $HOME -xzf NoiseTorch_x64.tgz. WTF??? Request #20355 has been accepted by eschwartz [1]: Installing software to $HOME is completely forbidden in the strongest possible terms, and for this reason alone it's completely unacceptable to have this package in the AUR while that is true.
currently the package doesn't even work as intended, i just uploaded it to pass over the owner
