MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-rospkg [2]: Orphaned package, broken because of Python 2 deps missing. The 'Robot Operating System' supports Python 3.8+ so there is no reason to keep unmaintained Python 2 modules from them in AUR, especially if they are defunct.
