MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mandos-server [2]: Orphaned, last updated in 2019. Broken because of missing Python 2 dependencies. I don't see this server component being needed here, based on the lack of comments and that is has been neglected for so long. Therefore I'd conclude its's safe to delete.
