MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-greenlet [2]: This was only used by python2-pynvim, a Python2 interface to Neovim. The latter has stopped supporting Python2 since its April 2022 stable release, so the Py2 pkg is defunct. I've submitted that for deletion (PRQ#46533). Safe to delete this as well.
