prettyvanilla [1] filed a deletion request for papirus-icons-git [2]: This package uses an old copy of the Papirus icon theme (manually uploaded into a separate github repository) that hasn't been kept up- to-date, nor does it seem to have offered any customizations. papirus-icon-theme-git uses the official repo and should be used instead.
