[aur-requests] [PRQ#32668] Deletion Request for lib32-hdf5
MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-hdf5 [2]: This orphaned package can be safely deleted. Its last remaining dependent, AUR/lib32-opencv has been abandoned for 3 years and today that got deleted. Now nothing depends on this module. Scientific software, numerical calculations and audio/video processing software tend to benefit from larger amounts of addressable memory, so it's only natural for them to move away from 32-bit processes and use 64-bit ones. This is led to this package not having any consumers/dependents anymore. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/MarsSeed/ [2] https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/lib32-hdf5/
Request #32668 has been Accepted by Muflone [1]: [Autogenerated] Accepted deletion for lib32-hdf5. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/Muflone/
