The AUR is not redistributing packages and an experienced user and packager like you should already know.
Request #28095 has been rejected by alerque [1]: So? There are quite a few proprietary apps with packaging setups on the AUR such that you need to add your own license to in order to be useful. That's not a reason to delete. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/alerque/
