MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for v8-6.7-static [2]: Orphan pkg; last update 2019. Not needed by its one mandatory dependent, mysql-shell: as per comments there, that utility needs a newer version of v8 than this. There are optional consumers of this package, but they can (and do) use the newer AUR/v8 package instead of this. Safe to delete it.
