[PRQ#46048] Merge Request for zig-static
eNV25 [1] filed a request to merge zig-static [2] into zig-bin [3]: This package has not been updated for a long time. I am submitting a merge request instead of a orphan request, because the name `zig-bin` seems to be more correct for this package.
