Hereby I withraw my merge request for `phc-intel`, since I have now converted it into a metapackage that installs kernel module, helper script and init script.

This package here provides modules build via DKMS. So it should be renamed.

`phc-intel-dkms-stable` does provide the sources and dkms conf of this package, and has some other rework.
