MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-dockercloud [2]: Discontinued in 2017, it was for Dockercloud v1 API. There is a newer module for Docker registry v1 and v2 API. Therefore this legacy one seems not needed anymore. Nothing on AUR depends on it so it's safe to delete.
