Nocifer [1] filed a deletion request for fcitx-mozc-neologd-ut+ut2 [2]: The package hasn't been updated in more than a year; also the 'NEologD-UT' & 'UT2' dictionaries it's based on have been deprecated and removed from upstream since a couple of years ago, in favor of the newer 'UT' dictionary.
